Join Life After Justice for an intimate evening to Reimagine Justice. Get to know Life After Justice and the committed advocates behind our mission to battle injustice for the wrongfully convicted and support them in reclaiming their lives.

We'll have hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and food stations throughout the evening, along with live music. The attire for the evening is Soirée Chic. Parking is $10 in 900 N. Michigan Garage with Aster Hall validation.

About Life After Justice

Created by exonerees, the majority exoneree-led Board of Directors’ approach is rooted in the knowledge, expertise, and understanding from the lived experience of its leadership.

We designed our three-pronged approach to free innocent individuals and contribute to systemic changes by strategically litigating cases to change policies and laws; providing a network of holistic mental health, well-being, and technology services to support exonerees in rebuilding their lives; and advocating for an ecosystem of support and empowerment beyond monetary awards.

To formalize and scale our ability to help our exonerees navigate the shifting technology landscape, and gain comfort and familiarity with digital tools, LAJ will provide exonerees access to and training in essential technology and tools.

Your donation will cover the cost of one LAJ Power Up Pack which includes: a laptop, an internet hotspot and mobile phone with a one-year plan, and access to technology training and support - all the essential tools to set up our exonerees for success with our programs and beyond.

Payments for individual tickets and donations may be made through Eventbrite, additional transaction fees applied, or via check to Life After Justice (mail to 4455 S. King Drive, Suite 100, Chicago, IL 60653).

The Reimagine Justice fundraising event is subject to cancellation due to changes in the Center for Disease Control’s (“CDC”) recommendations for gatherings and/or local government’s determinations. In case of the event’s cancellation, your ticket cost will be considered a generous donation. No refunds will be granted.
